Baptism

Huron Baptist Church practices baptism by full immersion in water following a person’s coming to faith in Jesus Christ. If you have become a committed follower of Jesus Christ and would like to be baptized, please contact us. We would love to talk to you about it. 
Acts 2:38: Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Membership

If you are thinking, “This is the church for me.  I want to join the church and serve God with these people. How do I do that?”  You can become an official member at any time.  Joining Huron Baptist is simple.  We ask you to share your story of becoming a committed follower of Jesus Christ with one of our pastors, have a brief discussion to make sure you know and agree with what we believe, the leadership gives approval and shortly after that the new member is welcomed on a Sunday morning. Huron Baptist Church accepts individuals into membership who declare their faith in Christ, have been baptized in response to their commitment to Christ, and who state their desire to support the church’s beliefs and practices as given in the Church Members’ Guide.  Interested in joining?
